The Peronism origins debate has been enriched by research papers about their provincial configuration and have allowed us to clarify interpretations too focused on Buenos Aires. In the National Territory of Chaco the Peronism formation was marked by the strong presence of labor movement, that towards the end of the forties, is fully involved in the cause of provincialization, obtaining the majority of the seats in the 1951 Constitutional Convention. As a result, the first provincial Constitution was sanctioned, which included the electoral system "of workers vote", unprecedented in Argentina. Their regulations determined a particular division of electoral jurisdictions and transformation of political representation terms. The historiographical reconstruction of the elections of 1953 and 1954, allowed us to identify the new actors with legislative representation, as well as the practices they inaugurate in the performance of their function.
