The Social Council of the National University of La Plata, is a multi-actoral ambit where diverses problems that affect the Gran La Plata region are proposed, analyzed and solutions are raised. In this ambit and according to the difficulties posed by the neighborhood referents that participate in it, the need arose to think of a solution that would respond to the housing emergency, increased in the COVID19 Pandemic. In this framework, the design, training and construction of a Modular Housing Solution (MHS) was developed in 2020 as a demonstrative prototype, based on the work of multiple actors. Subsequent cooperative productive ventures arose from this experience during 2021 and 2022. This work aims to analyze the process of technological development, social bonding, appropriation and subsequent growth of the experience in other locations in the province of Buenos Aires. The methodology implies a descriptive analytical study of: i Technological development; ii. Bonding activities and iii. Appropriation through the generation of productive enterprises. The results show that the project can be successfully replicated and disseminated between social organizations with territorial activity and the State, to generate better living and working conditions in vulnerable sectors, as well as respond to the housing problem.
