In Argentina, during the last military dictatorship, women detainees suffered conditions crossed by sexual violence. After captivity, for many years these practices were not considered in their specificity in the investigations, in the different stories or in the reparatory policies. However, in the 1990s in Argentina, despite a political-legal context marked by impunity, changes began that led to the appearance of a series of testimonial writings from survivors of clandestine detention centers. Among these are some testimonies of women who, in different formats, began to narrate their experiences of captivity and to account for the different forms of sexual violence to which they had been subjected. In the present work I intend to analyze the causes and the national and regional context that enabled these changes in the social listening frameworks. In the second place, I intend to analyze the characteristics of these first literary and judicial testimonies. Finally, I intend to reflect on the meanings and consequences of the emergence of these feminine testimonies in the memories of repression in Argentina.
