The analysis is developed from a biographical perspective grounded in oral history. This approach seeks to illuminate how hydrocracies and the hydraulic mission of the Buenos Aires provincial state were inscribed in the territory. The methodological strategy combines the triangulation of in-depth interviews, personal documents, and photographic records, including both those produced by Verón himself and those generated during the interview process.
