La doctrina argentina de guerra interna en la era de la contrainsurgencia global (1955-1983)

Abstract

Este artículo estudia la doctrina de guerra interna del Ejército argentino en 1955-1983. Nuestra hipótesis es que para mediados de los años setenta se desarrolló un saber original, distinto de una simple mixtura de fuentes externas. El trabajo se organiza a partir del análisis en documentos militares de: una combinación equilibrada entre un abordaje político y militar; para terrenos rurales y urbanos; para intervenir contra la propia población nacional y mostrando la tensión entre el accionar legal e ilegal, un factor decisivo para entender los altos niveles de criminalidad del Ejército argentino a mediados delos años setenta.This article studies the doctrine of internal warfare of the Argentine Army in 1955-1983. Our hypothesis is that by the mid-1970s original knowledge developed, distinct from a simple mixture of external sources. The work is organized from the analysis in military documents of: a balanced combination between a political and military approach; for rural and urban grounds; to intervene against the national population itself and showing the tension between legal and illegal actions, a decisive factor in understanding the high levels of crime in the Argentine Army in the mid-1970s.
