This article explores the sociopolitical transformations occurred between 1969 and 1976, especially on the relationship between the state, the business circle and the worker sector. During the period 1969-1974, the world of work was the hegemony of classist and combative union sectors. However, the dominant social bloc appealed to provincial government to ensure labor discipline that ensures profit levels. These repressive policies were applied first institutionally, between 1969 and 1972 with the dictatorship of the self-proclaimed "Revolución Argentina". But during the constitutional government in 1973, repression adopted an style extrainstitutional and was headed "Peronist commands" even propped under cover in several areas of the state and some trade unions. After 1974, however, the block dominant social forces regained control of the state and union institutions but to smother labor mobilization, had to resort to the application of a policy of terror.
