Based on a series of interviews with students, teachers and non-teachers at the Universities of Arturo Jauretche and José C. Paz, this paper aims to analyze various ways of appropriation of three types of gender and sexuality policies (action protocols, training in gender perspective and use of "inclusive" language), from the theoretical perspectives of the affective turn and studies on intimacy at the university. For these purposes, we intend, first, to reconstruct the actions and debates around the gender question in the recent history of national universities; the problem of affections in the new feminist political framework and the problematic aspects that arise when designing policies on issues traditionally understood as private or intimate. Secondly, we will focus on analyzing the mentioned interviews and drawing some lines of contribution for the improvement of the implementation of gender policies in national universities.
