Criminología menor: algunas proposiciones

Abstract

El contenido de este artículo es primordialmente descriptivo: comienza con la mención de los usos que le atribuimos a la criminología - uno mayor y otro menor-, para luego hacer referencia a ciertas fechas importantes para su desarrollo histórico. Posteriormente mostramos tres posturas que, si bien no pertenecerían de hecho a la criminología menor, ofrecen alternativas a los criterios más tradicionales. A su vez, se intenta dar especificidad a lo que entendemos por menor en criminología y a continuación señalar, solo preliminarmente, cómo Nietzsche, Kafka, Tarde, Hulsman y Christie podrían ser ubicados dentro de ella. En definitiva, es un esbozo que pretende motivar nuevas formas de percepción en torno a lo que usualmente se considera criminología.The content of this article is primarily descriptive: begins with the mention of the uses that we attribute to criminology, one major and one minor, and then refer to some important dates for their development, in historical terms. Subsequently three positions show that, while not actually belong to the minor criminology, offer alternatives to traditional criteria. In turn, we try to give specificity to what we mean by minor in criminology and then noted, only preliminary, as Nietzsche, Kafka, Tarde, Hulsman and Christie could be located within it. In short it is a sketch that aims to motivate new forms of perception about what is usually considered criminology.
