This article proposes a re-reading, rewriting and reordering of the Meditations of Marco Aurelio based on four conceptual topics: the relationship with nature, the relationship with death, the relationship with the present, the relationship with oneself and others. This rearrangement follows a logical-conceptual and also affective criterion linked to its implementation and exercise in our current conditions of existence. It does not pretend to be an original elaboration nor does it wish to confront other current philosophical elaborations, it limits itself only to pointing out —with footnotes— how many exaggerated themes in the present find their concrete exercise in Stoic thought.
