The article is linked to the research “Learning problems: complexity and interdisciplinary approach” (UBACyT 1820), directed by Dr. Wald, framed in the Research Program of the Clinical Psychopedagogy Chair (Faculty of Psychology, UBA). It draws on the clinical activity of the Psychopedagogical Assistance Program in the Neuropediatrics section of the Hospital de Clinicas “José de San Martín” within the framework of the Program of the Faculty of Psychology in the Hospital. Clinical assistance to children with a neurological condition and adaptations in the school setting is provided. Questions arose about working with the neuro-pediatric team and the school effectors, which demand abandoning simplifying causalities and incorporating border approaches. The diagnostic synthesis, initial and advanced moments of treatment of a clinical case and axes of work in the reflection group with adults, which his mother attended, are presented. Finally, three problematic axes for interdisciplinary work are proposed to discussion.
