Del blanco al negro: exploración fotográfica y escritural en Antártida negra de Adriana Lestido

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo consistió en poner en diálogo los dos libros que surgieron del recorrido de la fotógrafa argentina Adriana Lestido: Antártida negra (2017), y Antártida negra. Los diarios (2017). A partir de un abordaje intermedial y comparativo se analizaron las representaciones del viaje a la Patagonia y los cruces entre palabra, imagen y fotografía que se producen tanto entre sus libros como al interior del diario, para observar así la manera en que Lestido elabora las distancias, los hiatos, los diálogos e intervalos entre ambas producciones.The objective of this work was to relate the two books that emerged from the journey of the Argentine photographer Adriana Lestido: Antártida negra (2017), and Antártida negra. Los diarios (2017). From an intermedial and comparative approach, we will analyze the representations of the trip to Patagonia and the intersections between word, image and photography that occur both between her books and inside the diary, in order to observe the way in which Lestido elaborates the distances, hiatuses, dialogues and intervals between both productions.
