We intend here an approach that will permit us to ask questions about the way the subject apprehends experience and experience becomes subjective within our contemporary society, particularly regarding work and politics within the context of Nazism and European Neoliberalism. We analyze the film “La Question humaine”, by director Nicolas Klots, a masterpiece that allows spectators to knot and unknot history and politics as they flow together in every-day life. The main character is a psychologist, Human Resources manager for an international firm. Through this character the story develops a reflection about the possibilities and conditions of human life experience in the contemporary society. Fragments of memories of the Nazi regime, fragments of mutilated bodies, fragments of contemporary life build this silently weaved story from which human nakedness emerges. Taking the philosophical works on critical theory by the first School of Frankfurt and some present Biopolitics theoretical lines, we investigate the points of convergence and divergence that could be found in the shape of this plot whether it occurs in Nazism or Neoliberalism. We also make inquiries as to the contemporary possibilities of a not-apprehended life experience.
