The article assumes a critical position regarding the definition conditions of what is true in its epistemological perspective and also its assessment in the universe of social meaning. Starting from a route that enunciates the epistemological debate from the linguistic turn and hermeneutics, it is postulated that the reflection of the truth as a social relationship corresponds that in the present it is defined from the conditions of the individualistic model of life. That is why all true discourse is carried out in a relationship with the individual position of each subject, and to explain this, the modality of the true is delineated as simulation in an algorithmically defined circulation process. Consequently, the article intervenes in the critical problem of defining what is true in a time like the present where symbolic references have dissipated.
