This study analyses the uncertainties perceived by industrial entrepreneurs in the province of La Pampa and their impact on strategic decisions such as production, investment, hiring, among others in the context of 2025. Through surveys of 86 industrialists and a contingency analysis, four main groups of uncertainties were identified: macroeconomic, financial, productivity and market. The greatest concerns focused on inflation, input costs, exchange rate fluctuations and political uncertainties, highlighting the Argentine macroeconomic environment as a key source of instability. Although no statistically significant relationships were found between entrepreneurs' characteristics (training, size, sector) and uncertainties, a trend towards a greater perception of financial uncertainty was detected among those with higher training. Furthermore, although financial uncertainties could influence investment and payment decisions, in general, business decisions do not seem to be strongly conditioned by these variables. The results underline the need to strengthen credit access and macroeconomic stabilization policies to improve business planning capacity in a context of volatility.
