The objective of this work is the analysis of uncertainty in the dynamic response of curved meta-structures made up of piezoelectrics in Bimorph configuration. It is done through a finite element model 1D derived from the theory of linear elasticity and general piezoelectricity, obtained through the Virtual Work Principle and Gauss’s Law. The parameters considered source of uncertainty are the electrical resistance used in the feedback, the radius of curvature and the length of the piezoelectric. The Probability Density Functions thereof are obtained from the Principle of Maximum Entropy, and are used together with the 1D model for the construction of the stochastic model using the Monte Carlo Method. Different configurations made to evaluate the sensitivity of the different parameters.
