The objective of this study is to analyze the business strategies that have been implemented in Tierra del Fuego in response to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Particularly, it examines the characteristics of the actions carried out in the different segments of the Fuegian tourism complex, considering the reactions to changes in the socioeconomic landscape, market fluctuations, and new regulations, as well as their implications at local and regional levels. The study utilizes articulating concepts among which the ideas of business, regional, and systemic resilience stand out, bringing new possibilities for dialogue around the notion of structural change. The article concludes by pointing out three central aspects: there are clearly differentiated strategies within each activity segment of the tourism complex; around them, spheres of territorial transformation of different nature, effect, and temporality are configured; and in some segments, transformations are evident that are circumscribed to the context of crisis, tending to generate a sectoral reconfiguration based on higher degrees of concentration and horizontal expansion of the larger firms.
