Adaptación del NEO-PI-R a la Argentina. Primera parte: diferencias entre el "español" y el "argentino" en el NEO-PI-R. Su influencia sobre la validez constructiva

Abstract

La adaptación española del NEO-PI R, habitualmente utilizada en nuestro país, fue comparada con nuestra traducción al castellano-argentino. Se trabajó con 100 jueces argentinos, universitarios, que debían responder frente a pares de proposiciones, la argentina y la española, diferentes preguntas referidas a la comprensión y la expresión. Estas respuestas fueron analizadas comparando los porcentajes de los pares de proposiciones para cada categoría, llegando a la conclusión de que era necesario reemplazar algunos de los Ítemes del cuestionario en castellano-español, por los redactados en castellano-argentino.The NEO-Pl-R Spanish adaptation, frequently used in out country, has been compared with out Argentine translation. We worked with one hundred Argentine university judges who should answer to different questions related to comprehension and expression by being exposed to a pair of propositions, the Argentine and the Spanish one. These answers were analyzed by companng the percentages of the pairs of propositions for each category, concluding that it was necessary to replace some of the items of the Spanish (Spain) questionnaire with the ones written in Spanish (Argentina).
