As of the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the main challenges that governments faced was the implementation of preventive policies in order to mitigate contagion. In this framework, we analyze the health policies (national and provincial) that aimed to restrict and/or enable physical circulation/mobility in contiguity with the contagion dynamics of COVID 19, from March to the end of September 2020. We conclude that the policies implemented show a difference that is based, mainly, on the evolution of the contagion curves between the different jurisdictions of the country and that are resignified politically.
