The article discusses the incorporation of labour flexibility clauses in collective agreements that were negotiated by the labour unions and the employers in Argentina between 2003 and 2009. It particularly describes the conventional regulation of working hours and work organization. The systematization of these sources highlights that, despite the economic cycle changes that took place since 2002, there have been no significant changes in the nonwage collective agreements, comparing with the ’90 decade. The article concludes showing that there are still high levels of flexibility clauses of working conditions.
