This article shares findings generated within the framework of an interdisciplinary research on the fanpages of two of the main Argentine newspapers with general information and national reach, Clarín and La Nación. From articulating the analysis of social discourses with engineering in information systems oriented to data mining, the postings produced between 2010 and 2015 —and the development of their behavior over time— were studied. This paper will describe, specifically, two of the elementary components of these publications: links to external content to the Facebook platform and the text of the post. In this way, it seeks to know how the newspapers enunciate in the social networking sites and, thus, collaborate with the reflections on the transformations that concern the press in their passage through the connective platforms.
