This work shows a construction process of political–pedagogical perspectives for scientific education and health which wants to keep an emancipating intention. Consistently the analysis of the constitution of an environmental knowledge is presented which we have been developing with a socio–territorial organization, involved in the environmental conflict in the Parana River Delta (Argentina), related to the advancement of the private urbanism in the wetlands. For this purpose, we took as a reference; on one side, the Latin–American thought, considering its statements about political ontology, environmental knowledge and justice and; on the other, we resource to the popular Latin–American education as a political pedagogical perspective, including the dialog of knowledge and living and the forms of education in the socio–territorial movements. We analyzed the characteristics of some environments for dialog conformed by islanders, environmentalists, and academics, in the elaboration of a remedial plan presented to the justice in the frame of the fight against the mega projects that haunt the area.
