The purpose of this work is to approach a version, amongst the multiple versions that existed, of the encounters between the new left(s) and the second wave of local feminism. To be precise, I’ll try to rebuild the experience of Socialist Worker’s Party (PST for the Spanish acronym) during its attempt to participate in the feminist militancy within the first half of the seventies. As is well known, many revolutionaries considered the feminism as one of the reprehensible expressions of local bourgeoisie. The experience that I’m analyzing will call into question the universalization of this statement, as well as highlight the complications and contradictions that this experience went through.
