The labeled data were generated to train object detection and image segmentation models. The images correspond to architectural and structural plans of buildings located in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Métodos
The dataset is a novel contribution to the diversity of representation styles and code of practices corresponding to the city of La Plata, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It includes architectural plans for 14 concrete buildings to match their structural system. This dataset approach allows to generate a merged composition considering that 11 buildings have structural and architectural floor plans, while three exclusively offer architectural data. These datasets encompass real-life building projects ranging from 4 to 10 levels, provided by the building constructors. The BLD-ST.AR dataset is split into two subsets: BLD-AR and BLD-ST. The set BLD-AR comprises architectural elements such as floor plans, building sections, front, and back views arranged within the same plan layout. On the other hand, BLD-ST focuses on the buildings' structural systems.
