¿Por qué no hacen caso? Normas, creencias y política en contexto de pandemia?

Abstract

En el contexto de la pandemia la relación de la sociedad con la política (y con el gobierno) se anuda alrededor de las tensiones generadas por la expectativa de que la sociedad siga una normativa estatal (“la cuarentena”) y las posibilidades y voluntad de la sociedad y sus fragmentos para cumplir esta norma. Aquí proponemos argumentos sociológicos que intentan discernir las razones por la que no se sigue en todo momento la norma que propone el Estado y, sobre todo, que vectores operan en la formación del comportamiento de los ciudadanos y determinan el uso que se hace de la normativa estatal.In the context of the pandemic, society's relationship with politics (and with the government) is tied around the tensions generated by the expectation that society will follow a state regulation (“quarantine”) and the possibilities and willingness to society and its fragments to meet this standard. Here we propose sociological arguments that try to discern the reasons why the norm proposed by the State is not followed at all times and, above all, which vectors operate in the formation of citizens' behavior and determine the use made of the norm state.
