This paper analyzes the process of production and circulation of the International Socialist Review as well as the militant trajectory of the members who aligned themselves with the figure of Enrique del Valle Iberlucea, its director. We will show that this publication allowed the meeting of a group of young people who shaped a revolutionary socialism, which would give rise to a leftist tendency within the Socialist Party. This tendency was based on a socialism that criticized the reformist parliamentarianism of the party, claimed the importance of unions and rejected any idea of homeland.
