Resumen

The environmental impact in the materials and technology systems involved in the housing construction, integrate a source of question for the visibility of his implication for a sustainability future. The objectives of the present work are: 1) Analyzed a thermal proposal for a hollow brick masonry do it by the National Institute of Industrial Engineering of Argentina (INTI); and 2) development an alternative-complementary solution for the environmental impact reduction. The methodologies used combine the documentary analyzed referred to standards, estate and private technique manuals, with a study case: hollow brick masonry of 18cm, used for the application of both, the thermal proposal of INTI and the alternative solution presented in this work. In the two solutions, the constructive elements involved are described, computed and assigned an economic value, to later perform an environmental impact comparative analysis of the materials used for the both. The conclusions focused in the conditionings factors of the market and the State that only uses established constructive disposition, without place to alternatives as well in the feasibility of application of the new resolution.
