In the present work I intend to analyze Carlos Astrada’s speech: “The war´s sociology and the peace´s philosophy” wich was expressed in presence of Naval Argentinian School´s audience in 1947. There, Astrada based the third position -regarding the Second World War- which was assumed by Perón´s government. Therefore, I will exhibit the relationship between Astrada and Perón, and between Perón and philosophy. Then, I will establish how the concepts that lead this arguments continued in the focus of Astrada´s works; even after Astrada took distance from Perón and emphasized San Martín and other high public figures.
