The structuring of institutional mechanisms for internalization of social conflict is a nodal aspect of the construction of hegemony. From this perspective, as part of a general approach to the relationship between state, hegemony and social conflict since 2003 in Argentina, this article attempts to abstract the main features of the heterogeneous set of conflicts constituted outside the workplace and articulated by subjects with non-class identities from the standpoint of its relation to the recomposition of the legitimacy of political power and institutional capacities of internalization of social conflict between 2003 and 2007.
