The present article has two objectives. First, the critic characterization of the analytic model in labor movement and first peronism’s studies. Second, the presentation of the syndical field concept has an alternative theory. In the article body, we made a critical lecture of the thesis that we defined as “classics”: Germani (1956); Di Tella (1965, 2003); Murmis y Portantiero (2011[1971]); Doyón (2006[1978]); Pont (1984[1978]); Little (1979); Del Campo (2005[1983]); Matsushita (1986[1983]); Torre (1990[1988], 1989) y Horowitz (2004[1990]). We conclude this analysis postulating the saturation of this interpretative paradigm, who offer a rigid conceptualization of labor movement and peronism, and diluted the specific study object in the movement or peronism mass. We will analyze in depth the thesis of Torcuato S. Di Tella (2003) “Perón y los sindicatos. El inicio de una relación conflictiva” identifing in its method two saturation’s sintoms. Finally, we made a brief exposition of what be considered a theoretic alternative for approach the phenomena. We present as hypothesis the emergency of the argentinean syndical field during the years of peronism’s training. A double process of capital concentration and institutionalization of syndical relathionships, who structure the field (capital distribution and its volume) and establish the mechanism of reproduction and access. The process is complete with the consolidation of the syndical agent’s figures and the emergence of the syndical capital.
