Sexual and Reproductive Health is a fundamental right that relates to women's ability to enjoy a satisfying, healthy, and voluntary sexual life, free from coercion, discrimination, and violence. This encompasses the ability to reproduce with minimal risks and live securely throughout the reproductive process. However, the effective exercise of this right and access to reproductive health services are influenced by various factors, including women's migratory status. This study aims to investigate the impact of migrant status as a determinant of reproductive health by analyzing the access to prenatal care for international migrant women, with particular attention to residents in the province of Córdoba, Argentina, from a rights-based perspective.
