In September 1955, a movement led by the Armed Forces along with the accession of numerous civil sectors, ended the Peronist government through a coup d'etat. After the same, and the failure of the conciliatory project of General Eduardo Lonardi, President Pedro Eugenio Aramburu enabled a series of actions aimed at revising the "deposed regime." In this framework, the so-called Investigative Commissions emerged in order to obtain justifying tools for the persecution and proscription of Peronism. In this paper, we will analyze the files that the so-called “Commission No. 22” prepared, which was in charge of the investigation of what was done in YPF during the Peronist government, focusing on the types of complaints found therein. The hypothesis that guides this article is that not only the Liberating Revolution challenged the politicization of YPF, which would have led to the decline and therefore the "delivery of oil", but what was now inadmissible was the fidelity to Peronism that the agents of the state company still expressed after 1955.
