Taking into account the Facebook group "Becarixs hartxs", we investigate the mediatized discursivity and its implications in the construction of a collective subjectivity, among the CONICET research partners who in 2020 created a virtual community due to the undergone gender–based violent experiences and harrasment at work, within their relationship with their scholarship directors. The methodology employed was based on an exploratory qualitativeresearch oriented to virtual ethnography. The corpus consists of a selection of publications launched in its first two months of appearance and interviews with moderators and creators. As a result, it is concluded that the strengthening of virtual ties, generated from the exchanges produced in this closed and horizontal group, acted as a response and action to the generalized perception of a lack of institutional support, enabling the existence of forms of agency for the definition and resolution of the violence experienced.
