Precisazioni e nuove riflessioni a seguito dei commenti di De Giuli, Poggi e Viggiani

Abstract

Following De Giuli, Poggi and Viggiani comments, in these few lines I will do two things. First, I will define more precisely the purpose of my proposal and, second, , I will add some considerations which, on the one hand, show that some of the remarks made by De Giuli, Poggi and Viggiani are not incompatible with my approach and, on the other hand, may offer an answer to some of their more critical arguments.
