The present paper analyzes the mortuary practices in Los Tres Cerros 1 site (Upper Delta of Paraná River), also explanations about bone accumulations and isolated bones origins are presented. An update of the MNI (Minimum Number of Individuals) and sex-age structure of osteological collection are presented. Likewise, the peculiar characteristics in different burials are detailed. The available evidence indicates that 35 individuals of different age and both sexes were buried. The selection of different places for the burials and a complex bodies manipulation are emphasized. The anthropic activity caused great perturbation in the “burial core”, related to the removal of primary burials in order to assemble secondary packages, some of which were buried in the same place. The bone accumulations and the scattered bones were produced by the same activity.
