For this, ethnographic interviews were carried out with 20 area producers, who are inserted in these organizations. The demands characterization, the recruitment instances and the intra-family conflicts of the producers are described. Finally, organizational knowledge is presented as a possible explanation of these processes of political involvement and participation.
