Interviews are a recurrent practice in teaching and research fieldwork in education; what is too subtle or spontaneous to become accessible in the written word can be registeredthere. Beyond intellectual compulsion, the interview may cease to be consideredaninstrument for the recovery of data and, instead, turn into a means to delving intotheexperiences we embody as research participants. In this article we share a listeningnarrative, conversation and constellation triggered by the evaluation of a task intheseminar Theory of Education in 2022. The script we use for the interview– never a theoryitself- becomes a way to wander around visceral, tiny and autobiographical narrativeproduction.
