In this paper, we analyze a proposal that is being implemented in the night shift of technical-professional high schools in the province of Santa Fe (Argentina), called Nocturnidad. It is a "pedagogical and didactic option" that intends to reorganize the school time by introducing blended learning mediated by didactic materials and ICTs. We understand that the question of the quality of learning to which young people have access must not fail to interpellate us when we analyze these "novel" policies proposed by local administrations to guarantee the compulsory education in contexts of urban poverty.
