Desafíos de la responsabilidad ambiental: "Caso Vargas, Ricardo Marcelo contra San Juan Provincia de y otros sobre Daño Ambiental"

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo abordar el caso «Vargas,Ricardo Marcelo contra San Juan Provincia de y otros sobre Daño Ambiental»dentro del eje de trabajo propuesto «Desafíos de la Responsabilidad Ambiental».Para el conocimiento y análisis se han tenido en cuenta las resoluciones ordenatoriasde la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, la normativa específica en relación alproyecto minero binacional argentino-chileno Pascua-Lama y los fallos de laJusticia de la República de Chile.This paper aims to address the case «Vargas, Ricardo Marcelo vs. San Juan Province and others on Environmental Damage» in the proposed axis of work: «Challenges of Environmental Responsibility». For knowledge and analysis of the case were taken into account the resolutions of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the specific regulations regarding the binational Argentine-Chilean mining project Pascua-Lama and judgments of Justice of the Republic of Chile.
