Profesionalización y emancipación en el trabajo de enseñar: La potencia de una posición política

Abstract

La temática sobre la profesionalización docente ha sido abordada, en el último tiempo, por diversas disciplinas y diferentes actores interesados, especialmente, en el campo de la política educativa. La intención de este artículo es indagar en las distintas caracterizaciones del concepto de profesionalización de los docentes y, a partir de allí, comenzar a analizar las tensiones que se producen entre las diferentes enunciaciones y significados en disputa, en el marco de diversas reflexiones sobre política educativa. Finalmente, el artículo busca contrastar esos múltiples sentidos otorgados al docente profesional con la figura del maestro ignorante de Jacques Rancière.

The theme about the teacher professionalization has been addressed, in recent times, for various disciplines and concerned actors, especially, in educational policy. The intention of this article is to investigate the different characterizations of the concept of professionalization of teachers and, from there, to begin to analyze the tensions that occur between the different enunciations and meanings in dispute, within the framework of diverse reflections on educational policy. Finally, the paper seeks to contrast these multiple meanings granted to the professional teacher with the figure of the ignorant teacher of Jacques Rancière.
