Actores, instituciones y política en la configuración escolar durante el peronismo (provincia de Buenos Aires, 1946-1955)

Abstract

En 1949 fue creado el Ministerio de Educación de la provincia de Buenos Aires en reemplazo de laDirección General de Escuelas y el Consejo General de Educación y se organizaron DelegacionesAdministrativas que sustituyeron los Consejos Escolares de Distrito. Al año siguiente se inició lareforma en los contenidos y los libros de texto, medidas que al igual que las anteriores, han sidoanalizadas como ejemplificadoras del carácter centralista y verticalista de la política educativa delperonismo. En este artículo las analizaremos desde una perspectiva que pone el foco de observaciónen las idas y vueltas que precedieron el diseño de dichas políticas educativas. De esta forma nosproponemos arrojar luz sobre la diversidad y complejidad al interior del equipo gobernante y lasdificultades que conllevó de su aplicación.

In 1949 it was created the Ministry of Education of the province of Buenos Aires in replacement of the Directorate General of Schools and the General Council of Education. That same year Administrative Delegations that replaced the district school boards were created. In 1950 the content and textbooks were reformed. These actions like the previous were analyzed as exemplifying the centralist educational policy of Peronism. In this article we will discuss the reforms from a perspective that puts the focus of observation in the twists and turns that preceded the design of such educational policies. In this way, we intend to shed light on the diversity and complexity within the ruling equipment and the difficulties which led to its application
