Familia y educación en Comodoro Rivadavia. Los debates entre fines del primer peronismo y el inicio de la Revolución Libertadora

Abstract

El artículo analiza los debates en torno a la educación y familia que emergieron entre finales del primer peronismo y los inicios de la Revolución Libertadora. Este estudio se centra en la ciudad de Comodoro Rivadavia, donde la comunidad católica salesiana tenía presencia en el ámbito educativo desde 1929. A partir del análisis de los sectores católicos a través de las Ligas de Padres y Madres de Familia y un periódico denominado De Pie, pretendemos dar a conocer los posicionamientos en torno a la familia y la educación. Además nuestro trabajo da cuenta de la emergencia de aquellos sectores que promovían la vuelta al modelo educativo propuesto en la Ley 1420. El artículo concluye en que tanto liberales como católicos consideraban al peronismo como pura expresión del totalitarismo. Pero si los primeros buscaban regresar al pasado anterior a 1943, los segundos anhelaban regresar al período anterior a 1884.

The article analyses the debates about education and family that emerged between the end of the first peronism and the beginnings of the Revolución Libertadora. This study focuses on the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, where the Salesian Catholic community had presence in the field education from 1929.A starting from the analysis of Catholic sectors through the leagues of fathers and mothers in family and a newspaper called for foot, intend to publicize the positions around the family and education. In addition our work realizes the emergence of those sectors that were promoting the return to the educational model proposed in the law 1420. The article concludes that both Liberals and Catholics considered peronism as a pure expression of totalitarianism. But if the first sought to return to the past before 1943, the seconds longed to return to the period before 1884.
