De tecnologías digitales, docentes y tensiones: la capacitación, ¿un factor más para disminuir la brecha digital?

Abstract

La disminución de la brecha digital ha suscitado a lo largo de las últimas dos décadas, tanto a nivel internacional como regional, una diversidad de políticas públicas destinadas a desterrarla. Este tipo de implementaciones ha orientado la reflexión en torno a dos grandes ejes. Por un lado, en términos conceptuales, es posible ubicar una serie de tensiones acerca de cuál es el mejor término para dar cuenta de las diferencias en relación a las tecnologías digitales. Por otro, y al mismo tiempo, se observan discrepancias acerca de cómo llevar estas implementaciones a buen puerto. Así, en este artículo nos proponemos avanzar, en algún punto, sobre la segunda de estas cuestiones. Más concretamente, se describe y analizan las tensiones significadas por los docentes del Proyecto “Inclusión digital desde la escuela Zona Oeste” a partir de las voces de los docentes de El Sombrero, San Roque y Bella Vista, provincia de Corrientes (Argentina).

The reduction of the digital divide has risen over the past two decades, both at international and regional levels, a variety of public policies to banish. Such implementations reflection has focused on two main areas. On the one hand, in conceptual terms, it is possible to locate a number of tensions about which is the best term to account for the differences in relation to digital technologies. On the other, and at the same time, there are disagreements about how to bring these implementations to fruition. So, in this article we intend to make progress, at some point, on the second of these issues. More specifically, it describes and analyzes the tensions meant by trained teachers in the project "Digital Inclusion from school West Zone" from the voices of teachers El Sombrero, San Roque and Bella Vista, Corrientes (Argentina).
