El caso de la Revista de la Editorial Stadium: aproximaciones a su indagación (1970-1983)

Abstract

El trabajo tiene como propósito indagar el campo revisteril de la Educación Física argentina, particularizando la mirada en el caso de la revista de la Editorial Stadium durante el período 1970 a 1983. Para ello, en un primer momento aproximamos la indagación a las dimensiones materiales e inmateriales que configuraron a la revista, tales como sus portadas, el lugar de edición, junto a sus espacios de distribución, la periodicidad y su equipo editor y grupo colaborador. En un segundo momento, focalizamos el análisis en los índices de las revistas, indagando la evolución de los saberes dentro del campo, como así también el peso relativo de cada uno de ellos. A su vez, indagamos las permanencias y rupturas en sus dimensiones durante el período estudiado. Por último, aproximamos la tarea de indagación hacia la sección “Educación Física” para observar la configuración de sus artículos, temas recurrentes y sus autores y autoras.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the review field of argentinean Physical Education, focusing on the case of the Editorial Stadium magazine between 1970 and 1983. In order to do so, we first approach the enquiry to the material and immaterial dimensions that configured the magazine, such as its covers, the place of publication together with its distribution spaces, its periodicity and its editorial team and collaborating group. Secondly, we focused our analysis on the indexes of the journals, investigating the evolution of knowledge within the field as well as the relative weight of each one of them. At the same time, we investigate the permanence and ruptures in their dimensions during the period under study. Lastly, we focus our analysis on the “Physical Education” section in order to observe the configuration of its articles, recurrent themes and authors.
