El profesor ensayista: Entre la comunicación y la experimentación

Abstract

Las clases de teóricos y filósofos han cobrado una importancia insospechada años atrás; sin embargo, los estudios que las toman por objeto se han desarrollado al margen de una reflexión que contemple su carácter performativo. El siguiente trabajo propone la figura profesor ensayista como vía para develar dimensiones inexploradas en la relación entre enseñanza y producción del conocimiento. Se busca pensar la clase como un espacio vivo, en el que, lejos de transmitirse un contenido ya prefijado, carente de equivocidades, pueda ser entendido como espacio en el que acontece la teorización. Dicha formulación busca pensar tanto el carácter comunicativo de la clase como las contradicciones contenidas en el objeto, esto es, la opacidad de la experiencia que debe comunicar.

Lectures by theorists and philosophers have gained an unsuspected importance years ago; however, the studies that take them as an object have been developed without a thought that contemplates their performative character. The following paper proposes the figure of the essayist teacher as a way to unveil unexplored dimensions in the relationship between teaching and knowledge production. The aim is to think the classroom as a living space, in which, far from transmitting a prefixed content, devoid of equivocalities, it can be understood as a space in which theorization takes place. This formulation seeks to consider both the communicative character of the classroom and the contradictions contained in the object, that is, the opacity of the experience it is supposed to communicate.
