The starting methodological (theoretical-practical) premise is to “get rid of Hegel”: get rid of the dialectic and every dialectical conception of the world, of History, of the subject (and madness), of power, of sexuality, of pleasure , and above all, of desire (libidinal unconscious). In other words: it is about getting rid of an image (of thought and action) typical of slaves, typical of low and vile ways of valuing and living (of an anti-produced and impotent life). But then, getting rid of dialectic and idealism, is it not equivalent to getting rid of all patriarchal image of the subject, power, sexuality and desire, exploding the portrait that slaves (our andromorphic, phallocratic and patriarchal society) have made of subjectivity, sociability, and sovereignty? To follow this philosophical itinerary of Deleuze, Guattari and Foucault, we will first address juridical-contractualized and individualized ‘subjectivation’ (fatal modern heritage). Then, we will address in three stages the anarchic criticism against the dogmatic, moral, juridicalcontractual, idealistic and dialectical image of thought and action, studying (a) the criticism against denial, identification and totalization; (b) the critique against the ‘sense commun fétichiste’, representation, antagonism, and recognition (the ‘surcharge moral et juridique’), and (c) the critique against the Oedipus economy, the Phallus, lack, the anguish.
