El proyecto contrahegemónico de la Red Trashumante a través de la educación popular: apuestas contrarias a la educación bancaria

Abstract

Se analizan los procesos de educación popular de la Red Trashumante en cuanto proyecto alternativo a la hegemonía de la educación bancaria. Se expone inicialmente algunas características de la educación bancaria para narrar luego la experiencia de la Red Trashumante, organización argentina con más de veinte años de existencia. Mediante un diseño cualitativo de análisis bibliográfico y un trabajo de observación etnográfica, los resultados del estudio presentan a una Red que tiende puentes con diversas organizaciones sociales, comunidades y sujetos a través de la realización de encuentros y talleres de formación política con lo cual se va forjando un proyecto popular para la transformación social desde abajo. Se concluye que entre la educación bancaria y la educación popular ensayada por la Red Trashumante existen tensiones que pueden ser interpretadas a partir de conceptos disonantes de pares conceptuales que constituyen modos de configuración de la experiencia pedagógica. Estos pares son: disciplinamiento/indisciplina, contenido/forma, consenso/disenso y transmisión/co-construcción.

This elaboration is the result of qualitative research. The research consisted of an analytical design and is framed in a qualitative methodological approach. I relied on participant observation as part of the ethnographic study and on the bibliographic analysis. The objective of this work was to analyze the processes of popular education of the Transhumant Network as a counter-hegemonic project. The purpose of this written elaboration is to first show some characteristics of banking education, and then to address the experience of the Transhumant Network, an Argentine popular education organization that has existed for more than 20 years, building bridges with different organizations, communities and subjects, holding workshops and other forms of encounter as a political formation, forging a popular project of social transformation from below. As part of the results, it is noted that there are dissonant pairs between banking education and popular education in the sense of the Transhuman Network, which are in tension with each other and represent different forms of configuration of the pedagogical experience, and which in some ways could act retroactively as organizers of the text. These pairs are: Discipline - Indiscipline; Content - Form; Consensus - Dissent; Transmission - Co-construction.
