Introduction. The research analyzed the knowledge transmitted in relation to girls in the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (National University of Córdoba), in the compulsory subjects of the initial stage (1st and 2nd year). Science has historically used a sexist language that under the universal masculine (e.g., "boys") invisibilizes the specificities of the subjective, social and histoncal experiences of non-masculinized identities (e.g., girls). Different authors confirm the absence of a systematic study on girls in different academic fields, showing how the androcentric bias in the sciences has made this population group invisible. It is important to make visible the knowledge that is transmitted (or not) about girls, given that the living and socialization conditions of boys and girls are marked by gender stereotypes and by gender inequalities. Although it is recognized that all children are in a subordínate position vis-á-vis the adult world, it is also emphasized that girls are in a lower position than boys, since they experience a double subordinaron: due to their condition as children and due to their gender condition. Method. An exploratory empirical study was conducted with secondary sources. We considered the programs used in 2021 in the 11 compulsory subjects of the beginning section (1st and 2nd year) of the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology of the School of Psychology (Plan 2020/21, UNC), and all the texts of the compulsory bibliography of these subjects. Since some subjects have A and B chairs, we worked with 18 programs. All the documents included are public and available online. A qualitative and quantitative content analysis was performed. Results. In the programs, girls are mentioned 26 times in four subjects (22% of the 18 programs). The majority of these mentions (23) occur in Psychology of Child Development (B). However, although girls are mentioned here, their reference is always in the context of enunciations in the group "boys/girls" and not in a specific way. On the other hand, 358 mentions of girls were recorded in the compulsory texts analyzed, mainly in Psychology of Child Development (B) (f= 147) and Psychoanalysis (f=113). In three subjects, there was a total absence of mentions. Finally, sexist biases were identified in the compulsory bibliography of the subjects considered in the study. Conclusions. The social and historical marginalization and invisibilization of girls has its correlate in scientific knowledge, with repercussions in professional training. In this case, we were able to confirm that in most of the subjects analyzed, girls are not mentioned, and when they are, it is due to the use of non-sexist wording that ñames in masculine and feminine. However, the mere mention of girls does not guarantee an approach that takes into account the particularities of female children. At the same time, sexist biases in the knowledge transmitted were ratified. Based on the results, recommendations are made for the mainstreaming of the gender perspective in Psychology training.
