Resumen

The design of a true Bernoulli RandomNumber Generator (RNG) source with a true probabilityp = 0:5 is a challenging problem. In this work, we presenta novel design of a True RNG (TRNG) that achieves atrue E(p(n)) = 0:5. The architecture is based on theperturbation of a Sigma-Delta modulator using randomtelegraph noise (RTN).
