La Educación Superior a Distancia en el Marco Legal Argentino

Abstract

La educación a distancia se ha ido desarrollando y conceptualizando a través de los años; sus múltiples aristas tales como los recursos de aprendizaje, tecnologías, redes, formación de sus docentes y otros, han sido objeto de la mirada de académicos, instituciones y organismos de Educación Superior. Es en este contexto que las normativas que regulan las actividades referidas a la modalidad a distancia en nuestro país no pueden quedar desactualizadas, sino que deben responder al permanente cambio que implica el mundo actual. Estas normativas debe tener en cuenta el contexto sociocultural de la institución universitaria, aceptando la diversidad y autonomía de cada una. En este sentido, el objeto del presente artículo consiste en analizar la “Resolución 2641-E/2017” del Ministerio de Deportes y Educación de la República Argentina a fin de destacar los problemas y objeciones que resuelve, frente a normativas anteriores, haciendo hincapié en los cambios e implicancias futuras de la aplicación de dicha resolución, pero sin dejar de tener en cuenta los vacíos y cuestiones aún por resolver.

Distance education has been developed and conceptualized over the years. Its many edges such as learning resources, technologies, networks, training of teachers and others, have been the object of the eyes of academics, institutions and organizations of higher education. It is in this context that the regulations that regulate activities related to distance learning in our country cannot be out of date, but must respond to the permanent change that today's world implies. These regulations must take into account the sociocultural context of each university institution, accepting the diversity and autonomy of each one. In this sense, the purpose of this article is to analyze “Resolution 2641-E/2017” of the Ministry of Sports and Education of the Argentine Republic. This work highlights the problems and objections it solves, compared to previous regulations, emphasizing the changes and implications for the future of the application of said resolution, but without neglecting the gaps and issues still to be resolved.
