Ecos hegelianos en “El origen de la obra de arte” de Martin Heidegger

Abstract

En este trabajo intentaremos demostrar que “El origen de la obra de arte” se encuentra dialogando implícitamente con la filosofía del arte hegeliana. Con-cretamente intentaremos mostrar que este debate con el filósofo del siglo xix se da en dos frentes: la tesis del fin del arte y la relación entre el arte y la historia. De aquí se desprenden dos objetivos: 1. En primer lugar, analizaremos la discusión entre los intér-pretes sobre si para Heidegger el arte ha llegado o no a su fin e intentaremos atisbar una respuesta propia. Nuestra tesis es que, para el filósofo alemán, si bien, como veremos, en el horizonte de la época de la técnica parece poco probable, la obra de arte, en tanto Ereignis,aún es capaz de “poner en obra la verdad” y, por lo tanto, no es algo meramente pasado. 2. En segundo lugar, intentaremos mostrar las influencias hegelianas en un tema no del todo explicitado en el ensayo sobre el arte: la historia del ser (die Seinsgeschichte).

In this paper, I aim to demonstrate that “The Origin of the Work of Art” involves an implicit dialogue with the Hegelian philosophy of art. Specifically, we will try to show that this debate with the 19th-century philosopher occurs on two fronts: the thesis of the end of art and the relationship between art and history. Two objecti-ves emerge from this: 1. First, we will analyze the discussion between the interpreters about whether or not for Heidegger art has come to an end and we will try to propose an answer of our own. Our thesis is that for the German philosopher, even though on the horizon of the technical age it seems unlikely, as we will see, art is not something past but, as Ereignis, is still able to “set the truth into work”. 2. Secondly, we will try to show Hegelian influences within a theme not fully explained in the essay on art: the history of being (die Seinsgeschichte).
